There’s Levels to This 😉

It’s seems we’re speaking different dialects…

Your speaking logic to the surface of my depths
While my depths try and reach your surface

Neither of us has got a clue;

Peace and Greatness on this Moon Dey and every Dey after! When I awoke this rise I thought about what I wanted to put into the universe today and here it goes...🧿

During this healing journey you’ll find that as much as you wish positivity to flow from within you everyday, it will require readjusting your heart and mind to be just that. Unlearning negative thoughts and tendencies can be a bit challenging and though not without work, it is the greatest lesson to learn. In therapy (yes I’ve seen a therapist) I learned that three positive thoughts can override one negative connotation.

You basically train your brain to interrupt any negativity with positivity. This may be a bit frustrating at first because after so long of not noticing how negative we can often be to ourselves (we are often our own worst enemy- at least I know I have been to myself) it takes work to think of positive things that can out weigh a negative. Before long your responses to negative stimuli become quicker till eventually they are pretty much none existent. Don’t expect it to happen all at once yet take your time in learning how to regulate this new found notion.

In the beginning I was even hard on myself about learning this trick of trade and that made it very interesting 🤨 in a sense of finding grace for myself. I then picked up another helpful notion in a Goddess Class I attended that I will share. I was tasked with keeping a “Light” and “Shadow” journal for class. Journaling is something I try to stay consistent with yet have a difficult time maintaining due to something that happened in my childhood (maybe I’ll tell the story on my Tiktok) that caused me to safeguard my writing. However, I was to write anything negative that plagued me in my “Shadow” journal and immediately write just as much positive in my “Light” after.

It was a way to do exactly what I just stated above that was only taught in thought. Now I had a way to physically see it on paper. This made it real and also allowed for me to be able to go back and see my tangible growth. I too found that a bit challenging as to see it written on paper made it too real and caused more negative thoughts, until I realized I was judging myself from a place of what others would think or view about me.

Once I decided that no one else’s opinion about me and my journey matter, it made it easier to see myself and accept what was pouring out of me. We are all collectively here to learn and often we get caught up judging others for lessons we haven’t even mastered ourselves. Remember that saying “Keep your eyes on your own paper!”? Well that’s a perfect reminder when you get ready to assist someone on something that involves their journey. May also remind you to check if you have mastered the lesson you’re about to intervene on.

It’s okay to help others fix their crown just not at the expense of their own innerstand of where they are. We don’t all arrive at the same destination at the same time and that is more than okay. You will meet people in your life that are only able to innerstand you from a surface level view (not able to dig into their emotions, for all sorts of reasons) and you will meet others that have extreme depths (only can see things from an emotional stand point that is often drowning). Both will teach you the lessons required to navigate this beautiful destiny we are all walking alongside one another.

Take the time necessary to learn from both sets of people and appreciate these souls for whom they are and where they are on their own journey. In a world lacking of compassion and love that is the first place to shine some light to uplift the fallen nation. Respecting each other is an important part of healing ❤️‍🩹 what has so long been forgotten. We are all on separate paths to one destination;👁️

May you have the day you deserve Beloveds!😘
